This blog is all about my journey towards a healthier weight and lifestyle using Dukan Diet method.

I am a working mum of two beautiful children and have been trying many different diets to keep my excess pregnancy weight off, but never succeeded longer than a week....and then.... I discovered Dukan...!

I am not new to this diet...

I have stopped Dukan more than a year ago with only few kg away form my 'True weight'. I've lost 24kg (53lbs) in five and half months and now one year on of eating all sorts of  'wrong' foods, I have gained around 15kg (33lbs) back. How sad... ;(  Lots of things has happen since then, and there you go - I am back on track and ready to take up a challenge again. Just this time till the end!
                 
I am starting my Dukan Diet on 31/12/12, New Years eve.  I know it sounds crazy.. however, for me this sounds fab! ;)

This time I also decided to start up the blog, to increase my own motivation and really hope that some people will find it interesting and useful too. I will be there for you to answer any of your questions and will be glad to share my experiences and recipes with you.
